Our amazing flavours come from organic fruit and vegetables grown on our organic farm wherever possible, ( we can't grow lemons in N Wales!).
This glowing lemon curd is made using eggs from our own organic hens. It's all the grass they eat that gives it this dazzling colour and richness of flavour, and Welsh organic butter of course!
We are a Soil Association Certified organic farm, no chemicals or artificial fertilisers used on our crops or in our products
We believe passionately in organic growing, and that you can taste that passion in our full flavoured single variety jams and our zingy curds and chutneys. Give us a try, you won't be disappointed!
We are two middle aged romantics who met on the internet in 1999 and moved to Wales to start a new life together. We brought up one teenager, and gave birth to our son Huw, gained a dog along the way and a farm!
Moved to Treddafydd farm in 2006 and decided to turn it into an organic farm producing eggs fruit and vegetables . We were very proud to win The Gwynedd Taste and Talent Food/Drink Producer Of The Year Award in 2010
We really believe in organic food production. It's the only sustainable way to produce food. Soil Association certification was a no brainer for us. If we were going to do this, we were going to do it properly!
Things have moved on since then, as they do, and we now produce a range of delicious and award winning organic preserves here on farm. All our jams and chutneys are hand made with a majority of their ingredients grown here on the farm.
We now keep 200 laying hens and supply organic eggs to delis and farmshops, cafes and restaurants, and we supply jams, chutneys, cordials and curds to independent outlets all over Gwynedd and beyond.
